Chocolate Melting Moments



Ingredients

125g butter, softened
2 tbsp icing sugar
¾ cup (110g) plain flour
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
¼ cup (85g) chocolate hazelnut spread (nutella)

Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced.  Grease oven trays; line with baking paper

Beat butter and sifted icing sugar in small bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy.  Stir in sifted dry ingredients

Roll 1 tsp mound of mixture into balls, press flat

Bake biscuits about 10 minutes.  Cool on trays

Sandwich biscuits with hazelnut spread.
